999 baji Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases used in this terms and conditions document are defined as follows:

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" or "Site": The 999 baji website and all related services and applications.
• "User" or "Member": Any person who has registered on 999 baji or is using any part of the site.
• "Account": The profile registered in the user's name, through which all services on the site are accessed.
• "Balance": The total funds in a user's account — the combined sum of real money and bonus money.
• "Bonus": Promotional credit granted by 999 baji, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement": The specific multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Scope

These terms apply to all 999 baji services — sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, card games and all other sections. In addition to these terms, separate conditions may apply to individual promotions or special events, which will be stated on the relevant page of the site. In the event of a conflict between the two, the special conditions will take precedence.

The Bengali version of this document is authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the Bengali text will be followed.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on 999 baji. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all of them will be permanently closed and all balances held in those accounts may be forfeited. If multiple people at the same address or household hold separate accounts, they may be asked to verify their identities.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information in any field — including name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — is strictly prohibited. If any information needs to be changed, contact the customer support team — core details will not be changed without document verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) fully confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out on your account by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the 999 baji support team immediately. The platform will never ask for your password by email or direct message.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

999 baji may request a government-issued identity document and other documents for identity verification when withdrawals exceed a certain amount or whenever deemed necessary. Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete. 999 baji reserves the right to restrict an account if documents are not submitted.

3.1 Minimum Age

At the time of registration you must declare that you are 21 years of age or older. 999 baji may request a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate at any time to verify age. Opening an account with false information about age is a serious violation and will result in the account being closed immediately.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

999 baji primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Creating an account or accessing services from certain countries or regions may be restricted. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their location.

3.3 Exclusion of Staff

Officers, employees, contractors of 999 baji and members of their families may not participate in any betting or gaming activities on this platform. Any winnings obtained in breach of this restriction will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer may be used for deposits on 999 baji. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited. Bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank are also accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are available as withdrawal methods. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if there is an active investigation on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit. If deposits have been made through multiple methods, 999 baji reserves the right to determine which method will be used for the withdrawal. Additional verification may be required for any unusual withdrawal request.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, 999 baji reserves the right to place it on hold and investigate. In cases of chargebacks, fraud or unauthorised payments, the account will be blocked immediately and the relevant funds may be held.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. Another example: a deposit of ৳10,200 adds a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,200, and to complete the wagering requirement you must wager ৳5,000 × 20 = ৳1,00,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After a bonus is credited, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The amount staked in each round of play counts toward the total wagering. Until wagering is complete, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn — only the original deposit amount can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system, attempting to bypass bonus wagering requirements through any betting strategy, or collecting bonuses in a coordinated manner is strictly prohibited. If such activity is discovered, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The 999 baji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a cashback at a fixed rate on weekly net losses: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum and up to 1.2% at Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. How cashback is applied is determined by 999 baji and is subject to change.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once any bet or game has started, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out or change option is specifically provided on the site. In live betting, if a bet is accepted before the odds change, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet connection issue or other technical reason, 999 baji will make every effort to resolve it. 999 baji reserves the right to void any abnormal result or prize displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Game Returns

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game varies according to the game provider's information. RTP is a long-term statistical measure — it does not guarantee a specific return in every session. 6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are generally determined on the basis of the official result after the match ends. If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the outcome of that bet will be decided according to the rules of the relevant sport. This rule applies to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and any other international tournament.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999 baji platform. Violating any one of them may result in the account being closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person or using someone else's account.
• Using the site through bots, scripts or automated software.
• Exploiting errors or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage and using that advantage without reporting it.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting cyber attacks, DDoS or other technical attacks against the site.
• Attempting to influence the verification process by providing false information.
• Coordinated betting to defraud the system, known as "collusion".

8.1 Temporary Suspension

999 baji may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances: when information verification is required, during analysis of suspicious transactions, during technical issues, or at the user's own request. During a suspension, access to the account or new transactions may not be possible.

8.2 Permanent Closure

999 baji reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of serious violation of these terms, fraudulent activity or repeated rule-breaking. Upon permanent closure, bonus balances and wagering-related funds will be forfeited — the decision on returning the original deposit amount will be made according to the outcome of the investigation.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may contact the support team at any time to close their account. All ongoing bets must be settled and the balance withdrawal process must be completed before the account is closed.
